New Delmon Hospital, is a leading multi-specialty private hospital in the heart of Colombo. We have been in operation for over three decades. We are looking for a dynamic candidate to Head our HR Department.

Head of Human Resource

• A Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business administration or management from a recognized University.
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience out of which 5 years at senior Management Level.
• MBA/MSc from a reputed university.
• In-depth knowledge of current employee relations and employee laws regulation.
• Expertise in Human Resource Information Systems.
• Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees.
