- BSc Medical Lab Technology/ Diploma in Medical Lab Technology specialized in laboratories from an accredited institute or university with SLMC registration.
- 5 Years of laboratory medicine experience, at least two years of supervisory.
- Profession practicing license from MOH/Health regulatory authority in the country.
- Age below 45 years.
