In a hospital nursing staff playas a vital role in the management of patients. Nurses are with the patients 24 hours of the day caring and carrying out medication and instructions given by the Doctors. Delmon hospital is proud of the high standard of nursing care available.
Nursing Department is headed by a well experienced Chief Nursing Officer with Asst. Matron. All the patient care units are under a Ward Sister with highly trained Nursing Officers. Taking part continuous Nursing Education programs arranged within the hospital and external workshops helps our nurses to update their knowledge and to be in touch with the latest medical advances.
A School of Nursing has been established to provide well trained nurses to the Delmon Hospital. This School is managed by two well experienced Special Grade Nursing Tutors. Students follow the three year nursing curriculum approved by the Department of Health before they are appointed as Staff Nurses at the Delmon Hospital.
